I was there almost 2 hours before my vehicle went in for the oil change. I had a 9:15 appointment and was pretty PO’ed on how long it took. I asked you talk to a manager but was told be wasn’t there. The lady that worked with me was very nice, but I don’t know if I will ever come back for another oil change.

Brand new truck and the radio USB port and Bluetooth went out. While I’m not happy about that. Willie and the BT team have a new one ordered. Willie was great to deal with. See you when my replacement radio arrives.

I arrived at 11am for a 11:15 appt I was left standing beside my car for 25 min in the cold until someone showed to tell me I could wait inside i didn’t here anything till I went looking at 2:30, all that was done was a tire rotation as indicated on the one page summery. Shouldn’t have taken as long as it did
