I’m not used to being a customer. I’m used to being on the service side of a dealership. Your dealership has a great asset in Brandi completely professional and kind. Thank you for a great experience! Although I said “take your time I’m in no hurry “ I was in and out before I could finish my coffee. Kudos to your team.

All of the staff greeting me on arrival were extremely nice and welcoming. Cap was especially kind and helpful. The clerk checking me out after the service was also professional. I am very grateful for how I was treated by staff that I interacted with. I spent nearly $300 for the 80k service with tire rotation. I purchased new filters and windshield wipers as well. Unfortunately, the windshield fluid was empty when I got my car back. Also, no air was placed in my tires after rotation, and the PSI in each tire is lower than it should be. It makes me wonder that if these routine details were missed, what other things may have been missed? Did I actually receive the filters I paid extra for? It’s not the end of the world by any means, just frustrating. I needed air conditioner service as well, but was told I would have to go somewhere else. Also frustrating, because I prefer Toyota mechanics for my Toyota. Again, I do appreciate the kind treatment, just frustrated that I had to go to an auto parts store after an expensive service to take of the things that were not done.

Mike did a good job trying to help but the search for the lug nut key by someone in the shop left my stuff a complete mess. The lug nut key was openly in the handle of my lowered 3rd row seat handle. When searching through the glove box, center console, try treating the items as if they're your own, treat the things with respect and put them back the way they were found.

Absolutely wonderful service. At other Toyota places it took me 3+ hours for oil change and tire rotation. Today I was in and out in 45 min! Couldn’t ask for better service!

Greg Mann was a great service associate today. He got me checked in right on time....I waited only 2 minutes before he was there checking me in. My service was completed in less than 1 hour which was quicker than expected. Greg brought my keys and receipt and let me know my vehicle was waiting for me when I was ready to get in. I

Asked if car was ready and service rep said no we’ll call you when it’s ready and bring up the carI say for another 45-60 minutes waiting and finally went to the desk to check the status and a not so nice lady said oh you’re been ready for an hour…very dismissive and no sorry we made you wait an hour for no reason. Not a good start for my fist service call…really disappointed!!

I ordered lug nuts days before my appointment and drop my car off all day just to find out the lug nuts ordered were the wrong ones.
