Charles Peacey was amazing; courteous and informative. Frustration is attributed to first having to talk to the automated scheduling system telling me it didn’t recognize the 120K Maintenance Service I wanted to schedule. Second; arriving at 1045 for an 11:00am appt and getting my vehicle back at 3:40 with only the spark plugs changed. Charles did inform me around 2pm the “special tool” was missing needed to complete the Transfer case oil change as well asRear differential oil. Also I was told the Propeller shaft bolt was re-torqued yet this was noted on the Service papers. The Service papers only show only spark plugs replaced and a multi point inspection performed. I do appreciate yhe spark plug replacement. Hoped to have more done consdiering the time involved.

Excellent customer service with Chris.I was happy that he listened to me when I had to come back. They video of the loose hose was helpful as well.I was not left without a vehicle overnight and the problem was remedied.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism by Chris. I thought that I had scheduled an appointment over the phone on the automated system but i didn't somehow do so correctly, but Chris stepped in got me taken care in no time. Excellent work completed by the mantinence team. Thank you.

Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful. I'm just thinking I should have gone elsewhere fir a much better out of pocket costs. Almost $400 for one tire was ridiculous

Being from out of town I was a little nervous about a different dealership than where I usually go. With Toyota Care you can go to any Toyota dealership in the country. They treated me like one of their own. Friendly, fast service and back on the road home. Thank You for being as trustworthy as your cars.

Went in for a simple tire rotation and fluid top off and ended up with an oil change. I was wondering why it was taking almost 2 hours to do something so simple. But dont worry the service tech said they wouldn't charge me for the oil change that I didnt ask for nor did I need. Honestly this is the 3rd time I've brought my brand new car in and all three times I've had an issiue. Honestly the car buying experience was great but the service part is Honestly terrible. I've considered just driving to Daphne or Fort Walton for my 5k routine work. I hope things get better

Ellen was Compassionate and Competent while assisting me with my service needs today. She understood that time was of the essence due to my my father's declining health status unfer hospice care. Ellen was able to facilitate timely service which allowed me to return home to him quickly. Thank you Ellen, time is something that one cannot get back and I feel like you respected and understood that.
