Very slow. I was there two hours!! Now sure I like all the texting. I went to check on my car. It was setting out front done and the keys were not back. Then on way home I got text that my car service was completed. I thought over all was a long service job. I have not ever had that long of service before. Thank you!!

I am pleased with my service and the updates while I waited regarding the status of the fluids, underbody, etc. I feel like I really get top notch treatment at TF and I really appreciate feeling valued as a customer. I don’t live close but it is so worth it to me to travel the extra distance for the great service I receive. Many thanks!!!

The service by the technician was fine. The bad part was waiting 2 hours and 15 mins to get a simple service due to the implementation of a new computer program. I understand the glitches and issues of learning a new system. My complaint was there was no normal communication about what was going on until I asked. I DO appreciate the compensation made. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have much preferred to leave the car. I feel the new system is less personal, especially when you have to answer text messages and do not get to talk to a person on making a decision about a recommended service. Hopefully all will smooth out and next service will be a better experience.
