Didn’t really understand or fix the problem, and at pick-up the problem was still there. He was about to suggest coming in again for another appointment (which was ridiculous) instead of trying to fix it once understanding, but I was able to try myself and fix the problem.

I was extremely impressed how I got an appointment the same day (I was not expecting that at all). Benny “was having a bad day, my health problems…..” he is extremely gruff and inpatient to customers but then when he called to cancel his medical appt he was rude and I think he got “rudeness back” from the person he was talking to. Sitting in the waiting room I could hear all of this. I thought with him not liking customer service people being rude, he would be a little more kinder, but he wasn’t. The service was great. I appreciate it.

Benny was great - he explained what my car needed, walked out and looked at with me, listened to my concerns, and took real ownership in the fixes. I already feel so much better about my car's health than I ever did going to Stevens Creek. I'm glad to have a local mechanic I can trust!

Charged unnecessarily for a $600 package when only work done seems to have been recalls. issue with charging pin cap and light sensor not addressed at all. No receipt provided to show what if anything was actually done for $600

Benny was really helpful and time efficient. I was sure that I would have to leave my car there overnight but thanks to Benny, my car was fixed and ready to drive home on the same day

Superb experience. This location will be our new service location. Benny did a superb job. Took my vehicle on short notice due to ICCU failure, and got the new part in 24 hours, installed the next day. Perfect service. Amazing.
