I was very disappointed overall with my advisor Colby. He originally told me an expected time that was over 3 weeks off. I understand when parts are back ordered and there is nothing that can be done about that but the way it was handled was terrible. I had to reschedule out to him every week. He might have called me with updates once or twice and my car was there for over a month. Then I go to pick it up and he doesn’t even take the time to help me or talk to me about what all was done. Also when I would call or he would call he made it feel like I was inconveniencing him and bothering him. I would choose to not go back to this dealership because of him. Very disappointing
I really appreciated the Uber/?Lyft rode home but the driver was given the incorrect address. I would have had to walk a ways had i not noticed the address was incorrect. Otherwise, it was great...
Michael was professional and curtious;arranged for a rental car and work completed. So far no problems with brakes. Thank you Michael and Hyundai. I enjoy my car and plan to keep it for a long time.
Video we were sent during our service was not of our filter
Our tiscons is a different shape and sz . We didn't get to email our coupons like stated we can because our service guy was too busy aggressively up selling us on things we didn't need at this time . Mike Seanz usually is our service man he makes sure we're getting our discounts and questions answered. We're not happy at all with this service .
We took my pallisade in for a warranty recall. After Horne Hyundai did something to the computer and my wife left with the car the cooling fan never stopped running again. It runs non-stop. It had happened once before when the vehicle had around 45,000 miles on it and we took it to Horne Hyundai to have the problem fixed. Which is apparently a known defect and problem with Hyundai vehicles. The problem has not happened again since then. But after taking it to Horne the their service department doing something to the computer the problem is back and was caused to return by whatever Horne Hyundai did. We called the same day and notified Horne about the problem and took it back the next day. The service department told us it was going to cost $500 to diagnose the problem they caused and that they’d have to start by removing the bumper. I had my wife leave with the car with the continued problem caused by taking the vehicle to horne Hyundai. Now we are getting rid of the car and will never use or recommend Horne Hyundai to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and care about the problem they caused to happen is beyond words.
Very interesting that Horne has chosen to go “all-in” on E-customer communications. However, I’m more old school on this & prefer direct human contact & discussion, especially when I’m in the same location at your service center, just a few steps away!

Smooth process. Ignacio let me know from the start about how long it would take.
Michael presented me with the things that needed to be done, gave me time to look it over and check with a family member. Did not feel pressured, he answered my questions. I feel I was giving time to make an informed decision.
Service was prompt. I was informed of additional services I might need via a video. I was able to selected what services I wanted via text. Everything went very smoothly. And I am quite satisfied with Michael and the service I received.
I was told that it would only take about 15 minutes to install the part on my door that was separate by your car wash but had to wait over 1.5 hours for them to do the same inspection on my vehicle that they have done about 5 time in the last 6 weeks or so. Not sure I understand why it is necessary for an inspection to be done. I would have preferred they asked me if I wanted it completed each time.
When I first got there, I was a little upset and I told michael, this place is the hardest place.I've ever had trouble making an appointment for an oil change.He explained to me, you have a new phone system.And gave me his number direct.Hopefully, I won't have that problem anymore
