Michael is the BEST! Always appreciates that I bring my car to Horne Hyundai for service for this Tucson and the last Tucson and the Azera before that for a total of nine years Michael Saenz has always answered all questions and goes the extra mile to investigate any records that I request. He also giv s me a forecast of what to expect next visit. Really five star, incredible A1 service … I can’t say enough good things about him.

Brought vehicle in for right rear tire leaking had to add air every few days, after waiting 90 minutes was told, there was nothing wrong with the tire.I told them there had to be as I'd been filling it every couple days for over a week. So I took it to discount tire, and they pulled the nail out of it.Your guys couldn't find cause.I was told they took the tire off and apart and that there was no foreign objects in it , but there was. So I bought rota certificates from discount tire and even know my vehicle came with 3 years free rotation and balance.I will not be bringing it back for that anymore.I will let discount tire do it from now on! That's now the second time I brought my vehicle in for 2 different problems and neither one was fixed, first time was for passenger seat coolers not working properly,I got the vehicle back & was told they're fine yet they still don't work so pretty much like the tire I keep getting told.There's nothing wrong, but yet things are not repaired, as both times I left, I had the same problem I had when I got there. My opinion, you gotta shop full of guys that know how to work computer scanners, but have no clue how to fix a car unless a piece of equipment tells them exactly what to do and how to do it...

Great service ! Suspected a nail in the car tire, dropped in at Horne Hyundai without an appointment. Andrae checked in my Palisade without any issues. Got the tire fixed at no charge and I was on my way.Horne Hyundai completed a multi inspection and made some recommendations. Thank you so much !

I am completely satisfied with the service, but the problem is that this service center charges more for labor than for parts. Last time, they changed my OEM front wiper without asking me. The charges are super heavy, and even my front driver seat cooling stopped working. Now they are saying to change the track, even though my car will be three years old next month.I won't refer any of my friends and relatives Hyundai Palisade. I am thinking that I made a mistake trading my Honda civic with palisade.

I guess it was a misunderstanding about me wanting the wheel ailment. I couldn't use 2 coupons at once but 159 is ridiculous. I wanted it, but we must have crossed miscommunication.

Please make sure not break any parts of my vehicle.Please don't make dirty inside of my vehicle.I was not happy with Michael.He seems like don't mind whether it's break or not.That's how I felt.Don't like his attitude.I was not satisfied at all.
