You should not have to wait an hour and 50 minutes to get an oil change and inspection when you have an appointment! We entered service at 1:45 pm and left at 3:40 and we had 2:00 appointment! Not acceptable to me. Also, we never knew who our advisor was til leaving cause Mike Thomas checked us in..

Service was fine, and Kandyse is great. But I am starting to have concerns about the reliability of this truck after discovering that a second significant warranty repair is required.
Took the car in, had somebody else pick it up for me. I got in the car same day, and the CarPlay doesn’t work. So I call the customer service department, the lady on the line transfers me to the mechanic who worked on it, I waited on hold for 10 minutes and he didn’t pick up the phone. So I call again, a differnt lady was able to get him on the phone within 2 minutes. Seems fishy. Well I waited all that time, and he says, “I don’t know how to do it, but what I will do is give you a call back when I can get a technician to explain it. Waited the whole day and never heard back. Worst experience I’ve had with a dealership, was very disappointed.

I went to the dealership and report a noise in my back brakes and those brakes are new they changed on 12/11/25, after they checked they said that the noise came from the front brakes and I approved to replace I insisted to ask if they are 100% sure that it is the problem they said yes a 100% i spent the whole day at the dealership and this repair cost me $515 as soon as I got home I heard the noise again and I came back to the dealership and they said that they didn’t hear anything, I explain them that the noise is when the car is cold but after 30 min driving the noise only appeared intermittently, so i paid more that $500 and they didn’t solve my problem im very disappointed with them and im very frustrated with the situation, i need to someone responsible find the solution in my car
