Generally, really positive experience except the time estimate. I was told 1-1.5 hours so I had booked other appointments this morning and ended up being there 3hrs so I was 1.5 late for my other appt.

I was disappointed about the whole experience from the beginning so I called and talked to Paul the service manager and Dana as well. After explaining my disappointment they apologized and made the situation better. Hopefully moving forward we will not have this kinds of issues.
