Earnest was honestly one of the nicest associates. He took time and printed the additional warranty information we purchased so I would understand what’s covered and when. He was so very helpful. Certainly an asset to your service dept and Toyota.

I’ve always taken my truck to Toyota the boro. Always had great experience. I was a little disappointed that I took it in yesterday for a nail in the tire and come out with the tire sensor on the same tire that was taken off now not working. It worked when I took it in . That’s how I knew the tire was going flat.

Marie Blank, is my top notch, go to Service Rep when l come in to get anything done to my vehicle. She listens to what l have to say & gets it done. If l’m not happy, she’s not happy and will find out what needs to be done to correct it. Thanks for having a great, easy going rep on your staff.
