I want to thank Brittany turner for everything. She is absolutely amazing at her job. She is the best advisor I have ever dealt with she is passionate and so knowledgeable about her job. I highly recommend Brittany for Toyota employee of the year. She was so patient and kind. Gave me daily updates even on the days she was off work. She went above and beyond for me. BUT THE NEW SYSTEM STINKS. NO NEED TO MESS WITH SOME THING THATS NOT BROKEN.

What the MPI said I needed and what was suggested to repair were totally different. Was told my vehicle would be ready and then ended up being pushed back 3 different times. Communication was very poor throughout the entire process.

Everything was great. I told Brittany I needed my car back by a certain time and she made sure that it was done before that so I really appreciate that. Prices are fair and staff is honest. Great people

After leaving the dealership today and getting onto the interstate, my car began beeping and displayed a warning that the hood was open. I was thankfully able to pull over safely before it potentially flew open while driving. I’m concerned this may not have been properly secured after service, and I wanted to bring it to your attention as a serious safety issue. Please let me know how you would like to address this.

Robert was awesome and completely accommodating. The vehicle took a little longer to finish due to a recall download to the car’s computer. Robert kept me informed the entire time and even stayed late with me to ensure I was taken care of. My impression of Robert is that he is a hard worker and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. I will absolutely return for future service based on this experience and seek out Robert to assist me. Thank you.
