Great Professional Service
After leaving the dealership today and getting onto the interstate, my car began beeping and displayed a warning that the hood was open. I was thankfully able to pull over safely before it potentially flew open while driving.
I’m concerned this may not have been properly secured after service, and I wanted to bring it to your attention as a serious safety issue. Please let me know how you would like to address this.

Robert was awesome and completely accommodating. The vehicle took a little longer to finish due to a recall download to the car’s computer. Robert kept me informed the entire time and even stayed late with me to ensure I was taken care of. My impression of Robert is that he is a hard worker and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. I will absolutely return for future service based on this experience and seek out Robert to assist me. Thank you.

Truck was returned to me with damage on front passenger side fender. Looks like someone ran into a pole or car. Caleb and Servuce manager agreed to replace the fender. Once new parts arrive I will bring it back to get repaired

It’s not the advisors fault. I asked him before dropping off my truck are they topping all fluids and he said yes. Well today I was double checking my fluids and the brake fluid and the coolant was low. The rest of the things were good.
