I’ve had great experiences at Toyota of Murfreesboro the last three times I’ve come in, but this visit was disappointing. When I arrived, I requested an oil change and asked if my car could be washed. I also mentioned my AC wasn’t working, but declined the $180 diagnostic and clearly stated I only wanted the oil change. About an hour later, I was told they were still completing the diagnostic, even though I had not authorized it. I had to ask them to stop and proceed with just the oil change. After waiting around two hours total, my car was brought up and hadn’t been washed, even though I requested it at check-in. They did wash it after I reminded them, but it felt like my requests weren’t being heard. I’ve had positive experiences here before, so I hope communication can improve moving forward.
