I was completely satisfied with the customer service provided by Tim. I do want to comment on how I don't believe it should have taken an hour and a half to do an oil change and tire rotation, but that in no means was any fault of Tim's.

Technical service was good. Jasmine was polite and professional in how she presented herself. She did ‘stumble’ in explaining the pricing over the phone. I recommend she prepare for that before the call and make sure all pricing is represented in initial numbers. I had to ask about the prices and then she shared additional charges. Thanks again for taking good care of my vehicle.
