Technical service was good. Jasmine was polite and professional in how she presented herself. She did ‘stumble’ in explaining the pricing over the phone. I recommend she prepare for that before the call and make sure all pricing is represented in initial numbers. I had to ask about the prices and then she shared additional charges. Thanks again for taking good care of my vehicle.

The mechanic, Frank did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and what sequence would best be followed for preventive maintenance. You are very lucky to have him on staff in Roanoke Rapids.
