They didn’t help me. I have a scratch on my car and I have the Kia warranty and they still declined to help me said that even if the send it to whoever is over it he will not approve for me to use the coverage that I am paying to use… ridiculous

Now that you guys have remodeled, it is more enjoyable to wait for my vehicle. I appreciate the coffee machine the snacks. It makes it very easy for me to sit there with my kids.

I had a very frustrating experience during my recent service appointment due to a clear lack of communication between the service technician and myself. While the diagnostic on my vehicle was completed, the results were never discussed with me. Instead of explaining the issue and getting my approval, the team proceeded to begin repairs without my consent. This resulted in me being at the dealership from 10:00 a.m. to well after 3:00 p.m. Had the findings been properly communicated, I would have chosen to schedule the repair for another time. Additionally, I still do not feel confident that the issue has been fully resolved, which adds to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

We have been waiting months for the manager to give us a call back about oil cap issues. The oil filter cap was screwed on too tight so Kia in Augusta had to break the cap. Kia of Savannah was the place we had it serviced. Kia of Savannah said that they would reimburse us for the bill
