Zee was fantastic. The fact that I didn't make it 10 miles from the shop and it did the same thing I brought it in for ... not so much.
Brakes still sound the same yet because its no lights or abs on its supposedly fine. And shuttle service does not have working people's time as to when they start and stop shuttling service guest. Imani did not go out of her way she wanted me to record i explained its a feel type of noise that cant be recorded

I was somewhat surprised when I took my car in for two recall issues and only got one completed. On the 29th of December appointment was set up for the 6th of January and the reason only one item was completed was because they didn't have the part. I am now having to come back on the 15th of January to get the 2nd one done. I think this was the ignition (theft) recall issue, making the effort to see that the part was available would have beneficial for both parties. Thanks jeff Have a great day!

Imani was helpful very detailed oriented. She handled the whole process professionally and glad for her to represent Kia.
2+ hours was absolutely too long to wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Not to mention that I arrived Before my appointment time.
