I had a really good experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from check-in to pickup. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciated how respectful and helpful everyone was throughout the visit. I'll definitely return for future maintenance
Lorenzo is not a person who id advocate for customer service. When I came in the service area. I was the one to greet him with a good morning, which wasn't reciprocated. After I expressed that I spoke to another associate almost 2 weeks prior about a rental car, his response was in a "I dont have time for this" and responded with, I dont get a rental because I was scheduled for a service. Seeing that his service was beyond abysmal, I asked for the service manager and that manager was able to square me away. I'd prefer to never be assisted by Lorenzo as long as im an owner of a KIA or any other product for that matter.
Lorenzo was informative about the questions I had regarding a previously suggested service for my vehicle and how it related to the extended warranty that was recently made available for my Telluride. The service department was able to quickly manage the oil change and other service I required. This has all settled my apprehension of getting things in order for traveling this summer with our Kia. Thank you for the service you and your department gave, Lorenzo.

Before I was even home, the TPMS error was back on. I tried to call but the service center was closed and no one else would do anything.
