Imani was awesome. She was very helpful throughout the entire process and worked to ensure I didn’t need to make several trips to the dealership.
I had to follow up on my vehicle service without getting a notice of the completed service.
My passenger rear door was dented in the repair process.
I do not like that I can't directly contact the service department. Also, two separate occasions I called to speak with someone for an important issue, the call service said someone would call me back shortly & I never received a call either time.
Lorenzo was very kind and helpful.

Perhaps I don’t understand something about the process, but: we live out of town & my husband made this appointment days in advance & let them know exactly which recalls we needed to have repaired/serviced. Even though he made this appointment with the necessary information days in advance and we had to drive about an hour into town, we were told after dropping our vehicle off that all the repairs could not be made because they would need to order parts. It seems odd & at the very least we will have to burn up most of another day to get this fixed once they call us to tell us that the parts are in.
I’m not happy with the service with my car. It now worse than when I dropped it off. I will be calling to express my frustration.
