The recalls have hindered my life quite a bit. With work and getting to and from the Kia dealership as often as it’s been there in the past two years. It has impacted my quality of life and I am not too happy with the product that you have created.

VERY UNHAPPY! Poor communication, no update on car progress, no answer to text, 3 calls to the service dept with 2 messages left with Alisa and no return call, no plan for pick up , and my husband had to call the dealership manager to get any information. The excuse I got when I finally got there to pick up my car was “I got busy”!! Horrible customer service. The only one who was very nice and informative was Derick the shuttle car driver . If at all possible I will never go to this dealership again.
