No I was not satisfied.. I have been going here for years and I’ve never experienced what I have today. Once handed my receipt, it was not gone over. I don’t know what is going on with my car bc the inspection was not talked through with me. I don’t know what percentage the tires are or how much windshield wiper fluid I had or what condition the wiper blades were in. We weren’t even walked to the cars! I bought not 1 but 2 cars in today for service and that’s the poor service we received! Nothing was said but have a nice day! That’s not what I’m used to when I get my car serviced at Kia.

Stop talking to customers in automotive verbiage. The everyday person doesn't understand. If a person is in need a tune up, just say "Needs tune up" instead of using a whole bunch of technical terms they don't understand.

I asked for just and oil change and your service department rotated my tires. I have uneven wear on my tires had them in the positions I wanted them.

I made an appointment online. When I picked up my car I got chewed out by the guy behind the desk for just dropping it off and how short staffed you are on Saturdays. I told him I did have an appointment and he argues with me. Not very good customer service. I don't think I'll keep bringing my car to you when the oil changes I pre purchased are up.

Reason I give no is I was promised 5 free oil changes and had to pay 63 dollars this time around anyway don't promise something you can't provide

I liked the way pictures were sent to my phone showing me any additional problems with my car and the price to get those problems fixed. Lorenzo explained in detail where I could understand.

Service advisor was great. However, the rest of my experience today left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not appreciate being bombarded with an email, phone call, text message and personal sales pitch to try and trade in my car while it was being serviced today. It was borderline harassment honestly. I expect better from your team on the next visit. If you would like to discuss my experience in greater detail please feel free to reach out.

I made my appointment for 1:30 pm. But I received a message for me to confirm I’ll be there at 10am (I still have that message) so I was there 10 min. before 10am as you requested. I checked in and even if I have the appointment and the text confirming that they took my car after 1pm. I explained I had to wait there because I wasn’t able to come back later. but all those facts didn’t make any difference. I was offered nothing for the inconvenience or received any extra care for my car. They gave me my car “ready” at 2pm. It was my first time at Kia and bought this Kia not so long ago and wanted to see the service, check a recall and request a check up to see if I needed anything else. I understand it’s not a new car and maybe not worth of your attention but this was really disappointing. I experience amazing customer service when I take to service my other car and maybe that’s why in the comparison Kia is sooo far away. I hope that change in the future.

My advisor was nice, however all the issues I came in for were not taken care of despite being there for 9 hours. I asked to be accommodated with a loner car to allow my car to stay and have all work completed, but was told I’d have to come back another day. This is very inconvenient for me as o do not live in Savannah.
