The service department is staffed with friendly courteous knowledgeable people,waiting room is clean and comfortable and the added bonus of washing and vacuuming your car is an appreciated courtesy.

Not much of complaints but had to wait an extra day than promised for car to be ready. Had to call on day it was promised to find out not ready. Not sure if bc part didn’t come in as expected. Also. Y’all need to update parking lot. Too much wet ROC dust in door threshold from getting in and out of car by mechanics. Also noticed on hood - from repair of sunroof?

I asked to see the breakdown of the charges BEFORE I signed my credit card. I was told it was not available until paid That is outrageous I had to go around and look at her computer screen to see the breakdown before I would give my credit card. This degree of service is not agreeable to me.
