Great customer service. Alan was very friendly and helpful. I love how i was informed from beginning till end. I have been getting every other oil change free since I bought my car at Laurel Toyota which has been close to ten years. Never had any problems with any of my service calls. I love this place.

Alan was great! I showed up for service on the wrong day and he still got me in and out quickly for my scheduled service. He even had my car washed for me which I didn't expect because I mixed up the date. Great service!

Laurel Toyota provides excellent service of my Rav 4. The mechanics are trustworthy which is paramount to me and the prices are reasonable as well. I wouldn’t take my Rav anywhere else!
