My issue was diagnosed over the phone and once a resolution was determined that required a service visit, Ali got me scheduled promptly and the problem was diagnosed and a corrective action scheduled.

Awesome! We dropped the car off on Sunday. Picked it up Monday afternoon. Great team, great system. So proud to be a visitor from Pittsburgh and Get great treatment. They even cleaned the car! Ten stars!!!

Alison was incredible throughout my service experience. She documented every issue I brought up and assured they would all get addressed. And they were. She was transparent about the diagnostic fee as well as the potential costs for some of the issues my car had. She kept me updated throughout the weekend while I was out of town on the status of my car. What I appreciated the most was her honesty on some of the issues; I asked if some were urgent fixes and she let me know whether they were or if some fixes could wait

Melissa was great, professional and a pleasure to deal with however the point of the service was to remove a tow hitch that was not able to be functional and there was no answer from Kia as to why this was not able to be completed. So the interactions were great but the service purpose was not great.

It took over a month, almost 6 weeks and they left a crack on my windshield without even noticing. Barely called and when they said they would call they never did. It’s embarrassing how bad everything was????????????

Waited 3 hours for a simple oil change. Oil change didn't even begin until had been there for almost an hour and a half already. Wasn't informed the wait would be that long, and it defeats the entire purpose of making an appointment if your vehicle has to sit for over an hour before its even touched.
