Ms.Melissa’s Communication is horrible, the only time I knew about any updates or changes about my car is if I called. But I was very appreciative of Ms.Alice for stepping in and making my experience more Amendable. She kept in touch with me the whole time up until it was time to pick up my car.

I always receive great service whenever I bring my car in for service.
The only thing that was wrong was when we popped the hood to check the oil level, the tech never popped the black plastic cover on after he finished but we saw it and popped it back on so it wouldn’t get ruined. Other than that it was good with exception that we sat there for two hours waiting for the car to get done when we made a 1:00 appt.
Groovy everybody was really nice and I wish I could have got that gray Soul (2021). Please reintroduce the "Soul". GREAT CAR...
