Noah was very professional, courteous and thorough!! He made sure I received a clear breakdown and cleaned up my driver’s side on w he walked me out at the end. Excellent service!!! More people like Noah and Jeff, who actually understand customer service, are needed!

Jeff took time to meet with me and the service tech to explain an unusual situation with my GV 80.
Noah promised my vehicle would be done in a couple of hours and it was. This is the first time I’ve gotten my vehicle pick up before 5 pm. Yes that includes an oil change at the old Roseville location. I’m did not receive a copy of the multipoint inspection, nor tire pressure. I checked it on the vehicle and it was actually lower . 30 in the front and 34 in the back. I will adjust to manufacture specifications.

I want to recognize Noah for his outstanding assistance. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was serviced properly and that all my questions were answered. His friendly attitude and dedication truly stood out and made a great impression.
Way too many phone calls and texts regarding this service. This is the only car with a phone charger that can’t charge a phone with a protective cover. That’s rather strange.
The survey was for buying a new car. If you have a survey for service, I would be happy to fill it out.
