My car was not serviced. But it is waiting for a warranty repair. But despite the messages about my service being complete, it was happily parked in ky garage not being serviced.

Dan was extremely helpful, courteous and professional when I arrived for a recall service. I was able to plan my time well during the service time because he gave me an approximate finish time. I really appreciate that. He gave me a call when my car service was complete and it would be ready whenever I returned. Very appreciated.

I expected a courtesy car wash after being in for this product recall...disappointing as that should be expected anytime my car is their for a service of any sort
I had not requested my car be delivered to me, rather I be picked up, and there was still a mixup and my car was driven to me. While I understand this is a service for convenience, I prefer not to have my car driven except for service specific needs.
