Thank you, look forward to the survey. I feel like the oil change probably went well they had took a little longer than interested or projected. The only thing I'm not sure about it if my car washed afterwards. And I let them know that I did. Returns to me it looked the same as far as spots and dust as it did when I dropped it off. I know that the survey is more about the oil change then the car wash portion but just wanted to provide some feedback on the experience as a whole.

Christian was absolutely amazing and truly helped me out when it came to getting everything done and settled when I brought my car in. He was super understanding and made sure I had means of transportation before getting the keys from me. It was honestly super refreshing to have someone generally worried about my means of getting around after my car was dropped off.
We were very satisfied with the results of our vehicle.
It was an overall good experience. I did notice that the women that serviced me Shelby Beeson was kind of dismissive, she was very on edge and I felt rushed throughout the whole process. She appeared nice but I could tell it wasn’t genuine. Nothing was wrong with my oil change though just wish I would’ve experienced better customer service!
