Rick did a fantastic job working with me and my schedule. I had an important medical appointment and we weren't sure if my vehicle would be complete in the 2 hours I had. My issue was a manufacturing issue but it was addressed as something that was caused by wear and tear when it's really a defective part
The service was great. Ian answered all questions and returned calls within a reasonable time frame. The service was completed ahead of schedule and it was very helpful to be able to get our car early.

Ian took the time to answer my many questions in such a thoughtful way! I felt 100% cared for. Most positive experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, seriously. Jay/James was also a standout employee in that he was very friendly and again made me feel very well taken care of. Management: this is how you earn people’s business! I just moved here from NY and you’ve earned my continued business over the coming years because of these two gentlemen.
It is incredibly difficult to drive through your lot, especially when the front parking spots are full. With the only option being to drive around the lot to get out, the spaces were so narrow that I barely could get through.
You should invest in more loaner cars for guests to utilize if they’re waiting days for their vehicle to be complete. I appreciate the promptness shown during my experience. Rick is wonderful to work with!

The text said no charge. When I went to pick up the vehicle, there was a small charge. They got it worked out to my satisfaction, but I wish there had not been the associated delay.
