I bought three new cars from one trees in Alhambra with no issues. A month ago I bought a used car from the same dealership terrible experience with Ricky at the used car lot. They said if I bought the car, they would get rid of the cigar smell and throw in weather mats because it didn’t have any. Till this day I have not received the weather mats and the car smell smells horrendous every time I get inside. It’s been a month now still no mats according to Ricky. They’re on backorder. His boss Thomas told me that he just lied to me and that they were never ordered the day. I bought the car.

Everything was great only the whole thing took a long time and I think most people would like to see that an oil change should not take more than half an hour I was there for a good two and a half hour and I don't think I will go there again for an oil change

My car was supposed to have an engine cover replaced today because the new one that I had replaced on April 27th malfunctioned on the way to Henderson/Nevada on the highway. It was a mess!! I brought it back today because I was told the part was ordered. Today when I arrived and after sitting for an hour I was told the wrong part was ordered and I had to come back. This is not acceptable. The inconvenience of my car issues in Vegas after my service on April 27th and today with a part that was not here today because the wrong part was ordered. By the way while in Vegas Findlay Toyota temporarily fixed the problem with no charge but but it disrupted our entire time while there for a graduation.
I am not happy and have never had service at Wonderies. I have been a customersince 1991 and had 3 cars serviced there.I am not happy!!!
