About the issues with my car.
Hou guy fuking robed my money. I took my car for service on rear break and it seems that you guy never changed it. Because maybe the previous owners change the breaks somewhere else before he returned the vehicle. However i always servise my car the toyota dealer since i bought it. And now you guys try yo blame me for you guys mistakes. I hope all you **** familiy die for mistreating a loyal costumer. **** all of pieces of ****.

When I got there, I explained to Gordon Li that I had 2 more problems with the car. He answered no problem. We will look into it. After writing the work sheet he offered to me a ride home, because it will take the team a little over 4 hours. And it was done in a little over 4 hours like he said . Gordon Li went over the work sheet while explaining to me what was done, and on the way home the car ran good . I’m very happy
Oscar Gallegos was very professional and a nice person. The whole staff is very polite. The cleaning lady that was there at 230p was a delight. Wish i would had asked her name. I live in Torrance but drive out to Alhambra because of the great service Alhambra Wondries gives. Thank you.
Took 6 hrs to complete my service. I don’t mind the wait but I was quoted 3 hours, I just prefer honesty.
