My tire bursted in the freeway. I came in US 2018 and this is the 4th car i got from toyota. I want my car new to prevent freeway inconvenience. They only patch my bursted tire now im scared in the freeway with fear it will burst again
Nelson was an absolute fantastic person to deal with and just overall interact with. In general the Toyota staff were very friendly and welcoming. He helped guide me on what my possible repair options were for my car and was also very thorough throughout the intake process allowing for ease of mind while waiting for the service.
I noticed a squeaky sound (more than normal) on 4Runner.
Daniel Llamas had the vehicle inspected and provided honest feedback. A bolt needed tightening and some other parts needed lubrication or grease. No major repair was needed. I’m grateful for Daniel’s honest service as that seems very hard to come by nowadays.
