Have more than one person going and getting the cars after the service is done I waited 25 minutes behind 15 people and he wasn’t bringing them out in order. Whoever handed him their paper got their car first on top of all the people who are waiting. It was ****. Fix it.

I really appreciated Jason keeping me updated on the progress of my car repair. He went out of his way to find me in the waiting room to let me know what was going on. Also, I want to commend Jason on giving me A+ service. I had to return today because they needed to order the parts the day before. Jason asked me to come back today at 9 a.m. to have my car fixed but when I got to the service center, there was a long line of cars waiting for service. When the intake person came to my car and I explained that I was there to see Jason, she notified Jason right away and he processed me immediately. I really appreciated that he didn’t make me wait.
