Don’t you guys hook the machine up to the car so it lets you know what’s wrong with it? I need a new alternator and you never even offered that service. You offer me on things I’ve already done from a mechanic separate from you guys that that’s just ridiculous. I can’t believe that I bring my car there to get things done and you literally offered me things. I don’t need done and then I’ll leave and my car dies on me. Y’all are the worst.
Service manager Nelson Samson is very knowledgeable and efficient in helping me deal with maintenance problems. He was willing to explain the repairs my Toyota Camry needs in details without sounding condescending. He has a friendly demeanor. Thank you, Nelson!
