Michael was efficient in checking me in and providing my oil change and tire rotation. He answered all of my questions. As a new Camry first time buyer I am confident in trusting my service needs at Serra. I would recommend an upgrade to the waiting area which is small and not conducive for an hour wait if you have a laptop or need to work while you late. The executive waiting room is included in the need to invest in a customer friendly waiting area.

John went in my opinion above and beyond in dealing with my vehicle and always kept me up to date on situations with the vehicle. I felt comfortable and appreciated while dealing with John and the rest of Serra Toyota service staff including the service manager A.J. Would definitely recommend Serra Toyota to a friend and family
