Michael was efficient in checking me in and providing my oil change and tire rotation. He answered all of my questions. As a new Camry first time buyer I am confident in trusting my service needs at Serra.
I would recommend an upgrade to the waiting area which is small and not conducive for an hour wait if you have a laptop or need to work while you late. The executive waiting room is included in the need to invest in a customer friendly waiting area.
