Just found out today that car is vibrating in a strange way when braking. Something must have been done incorrectly when brakes were replaced or tires were rotated. We are out of town (and had to take a different car) and will bring it back in when we return.

No mention of amount of hours it would take to get recall work done when I scheduled appointment. Lack of accurate time that kept shifting for return shuttle ride resulting in me getting an alternate ride at 6:40 pm after expecting shuttle person after 3:00. Appreciate the shuttle service & understand things happen. Coco Rivera was friendly, professional and offered profuse apologies and regret for the delay & inconvenience. The Multi-point inspection was helpful.

As part of you trying to replace license plate covers on the rear of my car the tech broke off the left bolt and then stopped with the replacement now I have the plate hanging by only the right bolt. On the left only the the bolt head was broken off. Now what?
