No one checked my tire pressure as I asked and the tire pressure light was on when it came to you and it is still on
Also the only person who ever contacted me to tell me what had been done or the amount of the bill was the valet. No service representative ever called me after the repairs? Still not sure my ac is working right?
It is always a pleasure to be served at Lexus Akron Canton. Nikolas followed me to the waiting area, provided with all information, found a loner car for me.

As always, the service was done professionally and efficiently. Bryce was very attentive, friendly and listened to my concerns. Checked everything on my RX 350. Very happy with Lexus of Akron/Canton. This is our fifth Lexus. There’s a reason we keep buying our Lexus from them! Thank you for your continued excellent customer service.

The 35k service was fine and the guy at the desk checking me in and out was very nice. However, it seems the car wash is always out of order. I was told it would be hand washed. It either was not, or they did a very poor job. It seemed dirtier than when I brought it. I think an attempt was made because there were dirty water streaks and marks on the hood, but the window did not look like it had been touched, nor really much of the rest of the car.

When I called, The scheduler assured me my appointment was at the Green location. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I was supposed to be at the Cleveland location! Josh was so nice in handling my dilemma
It would be great courtesy if I could get a Car wash with my maintenance service
My experience with Pryce was different. I was text with recommendations I needed for my car and I refused. I asked Pryce and he replied we recommend tires only.My tires are not two years old and I get wheel alignment when recommended. Not this trip. So, I was confused and not trust what Pryce recommended.
Everyone treated my car and myself very well!
There was a lot of confusion as to what we wanted done. The parts we requested last week wasn’t ordered.

Turn around was fast. While the issue I brought it in does not feel completely resolved I do not believe it has to do with any of care my vehicle received while it was there. Overall they do a great job and have good service
