I am usually happy with the Lexus service but my experience this time was horrible. The service was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed.
Arrived at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. As usual when I come in for basic maintenance, more items were found that needed fixed. I agreed to have everything done and asked how long it would take. I was told 11:30 or 12:00. However, it was not done until 1:00 and that was only because I pushed for it as I needed to be home by 1:30 for a work call. Nick apologized but also told me 4 techs called off and the tech working on my car was working on 3 cars at once. I was the only one in the waiting area when I left. If I was waiting, why was the tech working on cars for people who weren't? Poor time management and inconsiderate of my time.
