The Service department is excellent! Everyone is professional, kind and willing to answer all my questions. I want to take a moment to recognize the gentleman that washed and cleaned my car before returning it to me. He was so friendly and personable. All of the staff exhibits such a high level of care and excellence. I am certainly glad to be a member of the Lexus family.

I scheduled an appointment well in advance to repair the brakes and replace the front and rear rotors. They weren’t able to complete the job that day (which I wasn’t made aware of until 6 hours after my scheduled appointment time) because they had to order the Rotors.

I made an appointment for my complimentary 10,000 mile service and get a loaner with that service. When I arrived the gentleman said you don’t get a loaner. I insisted that I do, he insisted that I do not. He was not in any way rude however he insisted in a mono tone I do not get a loaner. He then asked me if it was my first oil change, when I said second he said ok you do get a loaner with this one. I believe He should have asked first or checked my info ion his iPad before insisting that I don’t get a loaner and making me and everyone else around uncomfortable.
You guys are friendly and accommodating, however, nine months ago I came in for an all points inspection. I had very little wrong with my car other than a few things that I needed to keep an eye on. Today I came in and was told I need $15,000 worth of repair on the same car. I trusted you when I came in nine months ago, now I have a hard time knowing what’s real. I’m looking for a service technician that I can trust, and I’m not sure now that I trust you guys. Which is a bummer

Everything was fine. Everyone was very courteous as usual.
Came in for an oil change and check on rear washer not working. Three and a half hours later I was told it was almost done....have no clue why it took that long. It was nice that I wasn't charged but if I knew sooner I would've wanted a loaner.
