It just seemed after 1 1/2 hrs my car was still on the lift not being serviced. Maybe technician was behind schedule but I should have been notified what was happening. Josh did apologize for the delay and inconvenience

Has nothing to do with Josh. I was charged $430 to reconnect a loose connector to alleviate a warning light. That’s ridiculous. Reason given was it was difficult to diagnose. That’s the customer’s ****? I don’t think so. Second time I’d been in to fix this issue. The first time I was charged $169 and when I got in the car the warning light was still on. I was told the technicians were going home so nothing could be done. I did receive a credit after I complained . On the way home I received a call from Lexus saying I had a warning light on and they cared so much I should come in and get it fixed. Felt like rubbing salt in the wound. I’ve purchased five cars there, always had service performed there but really feel this charge is ridiculous. I paid, but won’t be back. As an additional annoyance, when I was in to get the warning light repaired I got four new tires. Three weeks later when I went in to get the warning light fixed again, the Hunter drive over mat indicated my tread depth was 10/32 on all tires. My inspection report texted to me said my fronts were 7/32 and my rear tires were 6/32. Not a real confidence builder that I can believe anything told to me as I’m sold new services. I paid my bill but won’t ever return for service or to purchase a new car. Repeat, nothing to do with Josh. Just a bad way to treat a long time customer.

Josh is a competent and knowledgeable employee for Lexus . He has helped me each time that I brought my car in for service and made sure that any requests that I had were completely looked at and done.

Given my situation - being far from home (Indianapolis) and not knowing the area -Josh and Service team exceeded my expectations in every way. The communication was unrivaled, the timeline and quote basically were worse case and in the end exceeded my expectations. Being in sales I am in favor of realistically or worse case promising and over delivering vs over promising and under delivering. Everyone was understanding, compassionate, and communicative. I never use the local dealership for anything and the certainly would never deliver to your standards - my farher has had vehicle from a couple of their makes and has never received even close to the service level that you all did for me. I plan to purchase a new Lexus RX350 in the next couple years when ratings/bugs get worked out and I will not be doing so in Indiana. My job takes me to Ohio and after this experience your team will be the one I come to to work with. I am so impressed and grateful for your entire team making a situation no one likes into a great experience. Thank you to all of you.
