You can’t get thru to the service department- no one answers - also I left my Lexus key at 830 this morning / left three messages and nobody called me back Plus no car wash - I would have paid for a mini clean but no one available

Better service than Fort Myers where I purchased and get regular maintenance. Biggest thing that impressed me was their honesty. Thank you for the mid west hospitality

I felt the attendant was very rushed and the service provided was not complete. The car came in with the same problem that it left with after paying almost $1000 in repairs. When trying to call, the phone was never answered.Mistake was made on the invoice and had to be re-processed. I had to bring the car back the next day and I’m still waiting for a phone call. The day has ended it’s 7:30 PM. In the last two weeks I’ve spent almost $3000 and the problem still exists. It’s not been a good experience at all.
I’m glad to work with Marty. He’s easy and patient, and I feel confident in getting my car where it should be.

Told it would be an hour and it was 2.5 hours. Service counter woman did not Wear a mask nor did she used proper protocol when in customer vehicles.
When brought to her attention she said, “we do our best”.. Every other employee wore a mask and used proper protective measures.
Lastly, she had a sign up in her work area that said “I AM NOT A KAREN”
Was this really necessary? Don’t care what you think but
Work environment should represent company.
