I was disappointed with him wanting to charge almost $90 to plug in the scanner for a check engine light and vsc warning light. I brought business to you to perform a recall on the air bag. I’m assuming you made more than $90 on the job. While it was already there for hours I was disappointed they didn’t just offer to reset the vsc warning light for me. It was already an inconvenience to bring the car in. Everyone was kind and friendly...but at the end of the day I felt “like a guest” you just wanted to make money on... sometimes the extra mile only requires a kind gesture. I could have had this experience at any dealership...I just expected a little more from Lexus. Im sure he was just following procedure.
