Car was great. Missed detailing the drivers seat as their is still a grease mark there from when I originally got vehicle. Other then that I am so sorry about the loaner vehicle as someone went left of center, ran me off the road. I am sick about it. I am waiting for estimate to repair it either on insurance or pay cash. Again I am beyond sorry. Just let me know estimate. Thank you.

I was not told that my car would stay overnight. I missed my grandson‘s baseball game waiting for someone to return my car. A phone call would’ve been grateful to tell me that there were no drivers to bring my car back. I did not receive that call. I was texted my car was done so I was waiting for a driver to call and tell me they were returning my car. My car wasn’t returned until the following day!

Thanks Scott for getting back with me. OMG I have never been so completely dissatisfied with the service from the Lexus service department. First of all I sent my car in to have my sensor for my tires checked. That was fine. The air pressure on the dashboard wasn't working. I get that. I also asked them to check out my bluetooth because I couldn't get it hooked up to my phone. They kept my car for over a week. I wasn't to concerned because you told me that my car (Tina) was in good hands. I picked my car up on Saturday. The rest is downhill. My whole screen system was out. The menu and map buttons were pushed in. My cellphone charger won't work. My backup camera is out. When I went to ask the service manager what happened to my car. He said that I brought it in like that. He also told me that he wasn't going to pay $13,000 for something that he didn't do. So one of my questions is. Who did it? How can this be fixed? He didn't even want to look at my car. He just very rudely told me to call corporate. So that's what I did.
