There was no complementary car wash, service desk indicated my vehicle would be ready by 945 am, at 1015,i visited the service desk and they told me my car was just completed. On my home, 30 minutes later, I received an email say my car was now ready. I'm not sure about the level of communication at this dealership and I will not return. There are other options.

Never had a personal conversation with service rep. Service performed and car delivery and pick up great. Experience was a little impersonal. not bad but lacked personal interaction.

the lack of communication was stunning.
scheduled weeks in advance, a simple repair took Friday 9:00am until Monday noon. not informed that my car would be unavailable for 3 days caused significant inconvenience. things occur, but customer service was abysmal.
No problems at usual , not sure if car wash was down or not being used due to COVID car did not come out of service washed
