Scott is very thorough and respectfull w all customers. His service is top notch. He is also suprisingly knowledgeable about the mechanics/engineering of the models-and is able to translate in lay terms to customers so they understand -i witnessed this today with another customer while I waited for my turn.
Niklaus was very very helpful. Was very specific with details and instructions. Plus he was friendly! I noticed his sincerity to make sure I was satisfied with the information and communications plus he found my credit card in the loaner and immediately called me!

Also, I was very impressed with the young man that met me when I drove into the service area. Very pleasant and respectful...showed genuine interest in me and my vehicle (‘we going to service this beauty for you today sir?’). He also noticed I had difficulty getting out of the car (serious back issues) and showed concern for my well being. Not what I was used to in the service department (Germain Infinity) prior to purchasing my Lexus.
