There was no high pressure sale talk to get me to have Lexus personnel to immediately to the repairs needed for my vehicle. I was going to leave and have my personal car repair man take care of it. Lexus has always had my best interests. I suggested a loaner car. I had been there for sometime. I came for a car wash. I was given one and went merrily home. I had the quotes for the repairs. After I settled the bill on my return I left. When I arrived home and looked at the previous quotes I found they were less then I paid. I called Nick and he immediately refunded $$to my charge.

The young man that met us at our car when we arrived was very friendly and welcoming. He checked our mileage and answered any questions we had. He definitely deserved a shout out!

Charging a fee to pay by credit card makes it less than a satisfactory experience. For as much money as you charge for your services, bush league & insulting to customers.

I received too many emails from Lily to schedule my service. It bordered on harassment. I was not given a document for my records about the service. The day after being at Lexus Akron Canton, I received a text to call and reschedule my missed appointment. I called to let them know I did not miss my appointment and my call could not be transferred to the appropriate person. Then yesterday I received a text that my car was done and ready to come home!!! REALLY? I have strong concerns about this service department. I am considering buying something other than a Lexus just because of this service department.

Friendly staff, My comment or suggestions, when the lexus owner is waiting at lounge for the service of their car, why no one can talk to then chat friendly about their experiences about car, cars, when plan to get another car, friendly talk is the key... then the continues prospects of car buyers are on the list...
