Schedule service several days before appt. Dropped car off for repair that was supposed to be a couple of hour to one day at the most. Found out the next day when I called for update that part was not even ordered and would not come in till week later. Called the day the part was to be delivered and found out it came in damaged. I had to call two days later to find out status of repair.
Scott was very accommodating!
Definitely satisfied with the service. Only concern would be that it is difficult to call in and talk with someone since covid. Many times the phone is not answered or you go to voicemail and then it is difficult to connect with someone.
