Scott was friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions. He looked up and verified anything that he was unsure of to make Sure he gave me a completed and correct answer. He also kept me aware of the timeline on the service of my vehicular.

There was no one to to take care of customers. EVERONE was in some kind of meetin,we were told by the front desk person, they were not back till 2 pm. My appointment wad st 12.30 Wasted my whole afternoon. Very dissatisfied. Disappointed too

I had previously called Lexus with a concern we were having about a noise we were hearing once the car had been parked in the garage. Twice I was told it could be a problem and we should come in. We came yesterday for service and when I explained the noise to Scott he told me exactly what it was, and that it was nothing to be concerned with. Thanks, Scott.
