Nikolas was beyond great. Give the man a raise he really went above and beyond for us.
Couple of things, told me about 1 1/2 hrs for service at $150/hr but took much longer without heads up to me so svc bill came to over $500!!
Then the loaner car was dirty and had bugs!!!
Nikolas is always a pleasure to work with and keeps me informed on what’s going on. He even was able to work with me when I messed up the dates of my appointment and showed up a week early! I have always been pleased working with him.
Work was fine. Not sure why it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and alignment though
Scott Gilmore waited for me to bring my damaged Lexus in for repairs. He kept me informed about what the progress was. The Lexus NX 300 was a great loaner vehicle. There are two Lexus dealers closer but I bring my car to Akron.

Great job I had a ding removed very professionally done almost like brand new great detailing great customer service. Robert was exceptionally helpful and very accommodating. He kept me up-to-date with every potential quote or new quote.

Scott was extremely helpful and I always appreciate his attention to detail when telling me what is going on with my vehicle!
1) a grommet is missing, mechanic forgot one of these several fasteners that hold down the plastic engine cover
2) the mirrors used to close in when you lock the door from the outside. I’m not sure if the settings were changed or if a part was taken. I’m hoping the former. It’s a bit annoying to have to figure it out.
3) the engine coolant was changed, but the coolant tank is not full.
I’ve been a customer of Lexus of Akron Canron for quite awhile; I’ve never had a problem until now. Thank you for your time.
Thank you for the loaner vehicle. Just a few comments about it…It wasn’t clean. It appeared there may have been a dog in the car. Vehicle didn’t seem to be sanitized.

I was completely satisfied with my service Robert was Awesome! He was very friendly during the entire interaction we chatted about our dogs he was just a great representative. And Norm it’s always a pleasure to see his kind considerate very helpful the entire staff was extra accommodating my mom was with me and she sat in the waiting area while my car was being brought around and he opened the door for us. I don’t know the other gentleman‘s name who works at the other desk but he was he’s been there a long time he’s very pleasant too. After my last experience even though I received superior service I wasn’t happy with Nic. I was questioning whether or not I would return but I will be back, Akron Lexus is awesome! EVERYONE seemed Genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and I was treated with respect.
