The professionalism, the attention to detail. Everyone was really polite and friendly. And made a nice experience completely satisfied. But I always have been whenever I've brought my car into Lexus of Akron Canton.

We always trust the service for our cars. However, by Friday evening we had not heard anything about our car. By Saturday at 11:00 I thought I had missed a call so I called Lexus. Typically when our car cannot be finished that day we get a call. It was not a problem for us but it is nice to know whether or not we need to pick up the car.
