Very disappointed that I was told that Lexus would not replace the defective rear hatch emblem. It looks terrible, and I can’t believe that Lexus wants something like that on ANY of their vehicles. I will, for what it’s worth, be contacting Lexus about this matter.
I had a Scheduled a detailing but was told it could not be done same day. I had travel plans the next day so I had to cancel the detailing. Very disappointed because I had made this schedule in advance and brought in my Lexus at 7:00am. So they would have plenty of time .

Look forward to discussing this issue in detail covering Thursday, 10/16; Friday, 10/17; and Monday, 10/20. The vehicle serviced was ordered and purchased at this dealership in June of 2013 and has always been serviced here since that time. Have no plans to return.

I was told the service would be $499 and I was charge $636 without explanation until I asked and still didn’t receive a clear answer.
I asked for 3 things to be looked at and was told “I didn’t see that issue” with all of them.
The car was returned without a car wash.
I was expecting the car to be returned same day as I was told the service only took 2-3 hours, and had to reach out and was told it wouldn’t be same day which interfered with something else I had scheduled for my car and had to cancel.
By far the worst experience I’ve had with the lexus service team - very disappointed.
I spoke to Pryce Brown about 15 minutes into the ride home. The dash lights came back on regarding the tires. We checked the tires upon returning home & they were fine. Then the “check engine” light came on & red caution light..ugh. I called Pryce & we spoke again. He apologized & asked me to bring the car back. I'm driving from Canfield so it’s not convenient. Another day centered around the car. Really disappointed it’s not repaired
