I very much appreciated the service I received from everyone with whom I had contact.
Pros:
He was very polite and explained the services I needed.
Cons: I was not told an accurate timeline it would take to fix my car. I thought I would be there until 2:30/3:00. I did not get out until after 4:00. This resulted me having to navigate through rush hour construction traffic to get back to Rocky River.

Marty and his team really took their time and went over my vehicle completely. They also addressed my questions and concerns. My appointment was the last one on a Friday; yet they never rushed me or acted like they were in a hurry to leave. Marty showed me where to wait, and pointed out all the accommodations. I was very happy with my service experience!!
Robert is great, always has a smile on his face. Answers all my concerns and very professional. He explains everything in a way that you can understand what he is saying. I do know that my car is in good hands when I need to take it in. Thank you for the super work.

Overall. It took too long for the service department to swtttle the situation. I was inconvenienced over several months. With that being said. I was made to feel as though I was over exaggerating the situation and as though my concern was not valid.
