I paid almost $1000 to fix my vehicle. Was told it drove fine. Drove it 1 mile and came right back because it was so bad. Why would a dealer not diagnose the whole problem if there were more issues. I wouldn't have just fixed the lines if there was a bigger issue with the transmission. How could my vehicle drive fine according to the tech and as soon as I drive it doesn't. The service manager assumed zero responsibility and basically said oh well not our fault. I will never bring any vehicle to you and will tell everyone I know the same. Absolutely awful experience all the way around. I would say that you're the only service department that I would rate a 0 out of ten.
My experience today was excellent from start to finish. In the spirit of providing feedback, I called more than a week ago and after a lot of service dept ringing I chose the option to leave my contact info for a call back. I waited a week but no call back. Then I went online on a Saturday morning and engaged in a chat with a rep who said that the service dept would phone me to schedule. I waited until the following Tuesday morning then I tried phoning service again. This time I got through and had my vehicle serviced on the same day. It appears that the “leave message and we will call you” option and the online “service will contact you” chat is not working to lexus standards. Thank you taking such good care of me today.

My car was done in record time and the cost was less than the quote! Amazing service! Nikolas also got our accounts separated so my husband and I aren’t receiving each other texts and emails about our cars:)
All members of the service staff was friendly and answered my questions. I asked about the disconnect of the 3 G service to 5G. I’m not happy about the fact would not up grade my 2017 Lexus to 5G.I wish upper management would address this concern. Marty and Norm are an asset to your company.
