The question I was asked on this text was whether I was satisfied with Nikolas Rair and the answer to that is “Yes”. I was very satisfied with the service provided by him. Not so much with the person who checked me out. I felt hurried and just uncomfortable. He seemed to be brusk and just anxious to get me out. Also, PLEASE update my address! Reason 1: I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Reason 2: They recommended replacement of the hood lift rods at a cost of about $400. There is nothing wrong with them the hood stays open just fine. It leads me to question whether I can believe or trust other service recommendations.
The technical part of my experience was good, the service counter was not. Very poor communication. This is the first time I’ve had a not so good experience.
